The decision to bring to Memphis a business that does not sell fried food, in spite of having the words Deep and Fried in the name, has been the most risky part of the whole deal. Not having an existing market, customer base, or any real money seemed like no problem. Memphis is beginning to embrace the idea though, especially after I started offering complimentary Memphis BBQ dinners with grease kit installations. In 2006, I brought on board my good friend and reliable business partner Steve Parker.

My exploration into SVO technology has led me down a much broader road
than I initially sought to travel. The big picture is much larger than

the playing fields are being leveled. Deep Fried Rides offers the general
public a first step towards the ultimate goal of freeing our country
from its dependence on petroleum, and putting some cash back in the
pockets of one of our nation’s most important partners, its farmers.
